Be My Valentine

Back in the day, on Valentine’s Day, our school required us to bring enough Valentine’s candy or cards to give to everyone in our class.

To you younger folks out there, we were into equality and not hurting anyone’s feelings even back in the day.

So although I would just write some big guy’s name under “To” and my name under “From” as required when I had to give one to some guy who I did not like, I would write a few more words to whatever cute girl I liked at the time.

Well, I’ve been around for a while and have now spent my last thirty or so Valentine’s Days with my wife of a quarter century.

But that does not mean that I am not interested in creating more personalized cards here in 2022, so I am sharing a few with you including the top photo which also happens to be the exact size of a Twitter header and is my new one as of tonight.

A somewhat crude pixelated Cupid was generated using Pixray.

Not yet having sold one of these for some of that sweet Ethereum, but having sold six on that ubiquitous website where I listed six other items between yesterday and today in an effort to both whittle down my hoard of useless (to me) stuff and make a little extra bank for the super-expensive short trip that I’ll be…
