Years ago, I thoroughly read and embraced Mark Anastaci’s book, the Laptop Millionaire. It was one of about two hundred similar books that I plowed through over the course of two-plus years. I digested more personal finance and self-help advice than any one person could handle. Most likely, far too much.

As I read it, I had every intention of acting upon the advice within the book but, like many “how to get rich” and “make money from home” schemes that I have read and watched on YouTube, I never really took action. At least not massive actions.

Not to sell myself too short, while I have improved my habits by just a little bit so far this year and have now been forced to become a remote worker for the very first time, I thought it as good a time as any to share some additional thoughts on how the “shelter in place” order in my home state of Illinois and wherever in the country or world that you may be has dramatically shifted the way things are done, but will undoubtedly have ripple effects for years to come. Perhaps permanently.

A Hundred Thousandaire

Not too many people write books, blog posts or stories about How to Become a Hundred Thousandaire. Everyone, myself included, wants to seek and obtain a modicum of fame on social media or otherwise, and fortune…
