The Evil Man of January 6th
On January 6th, a day we won’t forget,
An evil man rose up to cause upset,
He led a mob, a violent mob to be exact,
Their actions left our nation under attack.
With lies and hate, he stoked their rage,
And urged them on with words so strange,
They stormed the Capitol, a symbol of our land,
Leaving destruction and chaos in their hand.
The world watched in horror as they broke in,
A shameful act that caused such sin,
The evil man who incited this riot,
Must be held accountable for his quiet.
Let us remember this day with solemnity,
And vow to defend our democracy,
Against those who seek to tear us apart,
And keep the evil man from our nation’s heart.
