The advice that I shared is from the book and that's a huge question.

Depending on what profession you are pursuing, taking out debt to improve your situation may be the best thing to do. My son is getting ready to borrow @ $150k to go to law school, so we're hoping that works out.

I don't think that minimum wage jobs will ever let you get ahead.
